Duck Walking Through Snow…Sorta. Not Really.

Pre-sunrise trips to the gym are becoming more and more fun. Today, I swept the snow off my car with a clorox wipe container. I'm buying a car brush tomorrow…


I worked out on the Elliptical for 45 minutes and then had Personal Training. My trainer has been making me work lately. We started with a cardio warmup - jog in place, jumping jacks, full body pushups, knee highs, repeat 5 times. We then did pull ups (with assistance of course - I'm not the Hulk), and dumbbell lifts. After, I "duck walked" for the first time - definitely different. Check out this fun YouTube video to see how it's done. We finished with a billion squats with 15 pound weights and the ropes. Whew.


I only felt like I was going to throw up three times, so that's improvement. My body is looking forward to a much needed break tomorrow. Turkey Trot race goals to come!
