Sunday Run Day & Eating Like A Kid Again

On Sunday I ran 3.2 miles outside in a tank top and shorts with no pain - also known as the best Sunday ever. The wind was tough, but after this past winter, I'll take a little wind. Slow and steady, but smiling the entire time…

I then went to my apartment gym and did 20 minutes on the Elliptical and 10 minutes in the weight room.

I'm spending some quality time with my cousin this week, but I was too lazy to cook family dinner on Sunday night. Little M and the boys ordered Canes and I ordered Sushi from Wild Ginger - a new to me sushi place in Hilliard next door to my grocery store. It was pretty good, but I'd like to eat in the actual restaurant to get a better idea of how the food taste. Take out is tricky…

We ended Sunday family night with…duh! I must have yelled "Oh My God" 16 times at the end. No worries, no spoilers here...

It's really hard to ignore the Elliptical machine when you wake up in the same room together, so I hopped on at 6 am. That was the earliest I've worked out in a while. And it felt like it.

50 minutes with 10 minutes of ab work...

I had plans to take my parental duties seriously tonight, and then I got a flat tire on the way to my cousin's house (can't make this stuff up). So my little made me dinner instead. This meal (minus the veggies) threw me back to my teenage years. I think that's the last time I ate chicken nuggets. It was so good!

Last run you did outside?

Favorite childhood meal? Hotdogs and mac n cheese!
