Yesterday we woke up to this in Columbus. I knew it was coming and still cried just a little.
The weather must have done something to my mental state because I took a rest day and did nothing but work the rest of the day. Boring.
This morning, I was up bright and early for PT. It was still freezing (hello, frost on car), but at least the sun was shining. I arrived at PT a little later than usual and only had time for a 5 minute warm up on the treadmill. After pull-ups, pushups, lots of hopping around and some ab work, I used the elliptical for 15 minutes and then I had to head to work. A shorter session today, but effective.
After a couple of days of sneaking bites of my aunt's awesome mac n cheese and pasta dishes, I got back to my massive lunch salads - tuna fish, sugar snap peas, celery, beets, and tomatoes.
I went to Target to pick up bananas after work and walked out with $95 worth of stuff. Don't you love when that happens?! I'm very lucky this year that I get 4 days of birthday celebrations, so I figured I had to buy a new dress, shirt and shoes for this weekend. I was only being practical…
Are you still seeing snow/freezing temps? It's awful isn't it?
Favorite strength session workout? I'm loving pull ups because I hate them so much while doing them…but I'm doing them.
