Tip Tuesday on Wednesday

Yesterday was my first workout since returning from my weekend getaway, and my body was not feeling it. But the 60 degree weather definitely helped.

I'm up to 25 minutes of pain free running, but started to feel a little hip tweaking around the 2.5 mile mark, so I ended my workout with 15 minutes on the Elliptical and ab work.

By now, you know me well enough to know that I always go on a clean eating frenzy when I get back from vacations. I feel so much better when I eat those veggies. Lunch this week has been salads with a serving size can of tuna, cucumbers, grape tomatoes, celery, sugar snap peas and avocado. Yes please. 

Since yesterday was "Tip Tuesday" (I know), everyone (who drinks seltzer) needs to go out and buy a SodaStream. I've had one in my apartment for a while, and I absolutely love it. I drinks tons of water and sometimes need a few bubbles to spice things up. The SodaStream is perfect.
