Early Workouts & May Birthdays

This post should have been published this morning, but life got in the way. It happens…

Another morning (night?) at Barre3 yesterday. Oh look, that's the moon. Only strengthening my hips and glutes could get me out of bed this early...


I had a lunch time physical therapy session. After Barre3, my hips were hurting, but in a good way. Strong body = strong running. 


I worked the rest of the day, but took a break to snap this pic of my lazy roommate. I guess we need to have more lessons on how to sit like a lady...


Almost all of my friends have spring birthdays, so we celebrated our May babies last night. We ate at Milestone 229 , and had such a great meal. I ordered this glass of awesomeness - the Sparkling Pear...


And then the Salmon dinner. Yum...
