That Perfect Sweat Session

The only word to describe this week is "blah." I wasn't feeling great - I think the lack of sleep caught up with me - so I was walking a lot, sweating a little, and feeling only okay. But apparently fro yo and The Mindy Project work wonders to fix any ailments one may have…



Oh and ice water with mint and lemon helps too (probably more than TV and sugar)


I woke up this morning feeling like myself again. Hallelujah. B and I went to Barre3 before dawn because that's the way we roll…

Yes, this is in fact morning

After Barre3, I had enough energy to do the StairMaster and Elliptical, followed by a 10 minute walk to cool down...


Thank you, Jillian Michaels for pushing me through till the end…


It was the best sweat session I've had in a while, and I had so much energy the rest of the day. I have to remind myself of that feeling every time I feel like sleeping instead of working out when the alarm goes off…

My food choices were uninteresting the past few days except for, of course, the Friday night sushi tradition. I'm pretty sure my body would stop working without raw fish once a week...
