Eat This Now & Living The Airport Life

Good morning from New York! Gotta love living the airport life. By the way, do you notice my bag has TWO laptops?! Traveling for work is a blast. There's an iPad in there somewhere as well...

Rough life

I scheduled a personal training session on Wednesday morning, because I knew Thursday would be a rest day. 3.1 miles on the treadmill at around a 9:23 pace with sprints thrown in, followed by lots of pull-ups, pushups and manually climbing up a treadmill hill (that was fun). The perfect way to start any day…

Lunch was my normal summer salad with tuna fish and peaches instead of chicken and apple. You have to switch it up from time to time…

I went to Whole Foods the other day and bought my first Wild Alaskan Salmon purchase of the summer…

Eat this now

I made it for dinner last night with quinoa, broccoli and asparagus - dinner of champions. Runner's World tweeted about the benefits of eating Alaskan salmon last night as well.

After dinner, I made my way to the airport. We were a little delayed because of thunderstorms in Columbus, but I kept myself happy…

And in case you needed a reminder: Even in the darkest weather, there's always a light somewhere. Have a great Thursday, friends!

Favorite in season food right now?

How do you pass the time when you're delayed at the airport?
