My New Running Normal & Pool Parties

After months (and months) of running in pain and stopping to walk hills, running 6 miles pain free for the third week in a row was the best feeling. Yesterday I ran the reservoir again and felt like my old, last summer self. I'm still running 9:20-9:40 miles, but after so much time focusing on recovery, that's my new normal. And I'm perfectly content with it.
