A Couple Of Workouts & Friday Favorites

Happy weekend! It's rainy in Columbus, but I'm kinda enjoying it. I always like a reason to drink wine under a blanket while binging on Breaking Bad. I may or may not be doing just that right now.

Thursday's workout was a short 30 minute run. I have one long run and 4 short runs left until race day(!!!).

Splits: 9:42, 9:22, 9:21

Random story of the day. I was taking an epsom salt bath Thursday night as my legs have been sore lately, and as I'm relaxing, I hear this scratching coming from the inside on my bathroom cabinets. First thought is murderer. Second thought is raccoon. But nope, guess who…

On Friday morning, I woke up bright and early (I've been waking up at 5:30 am regardless of when I fall asleep - not cool body, not cool), and I went over to the apartment gym for a cross training workout…

30 minutes on the StairMaster
15 minutes on the Elliptical

Now it's time for some late night Friday favorites…

Woman crush everyday, Emmy Rossum. I just think she's the coolest chick on Earth, and she was on Queen Latifah's talk show Friday morning

Pink nails. This color is Essie's Romper Room. I had to google "Romper Room" because I had no idea what that meant. Turns out it was a children's TV show in Europe. Learn something new everyday…

This shirt I snagged for $10 at Target. This is basically my life motto and what I really should have named my blog…

Will Run For Wine

Baking! It's officially Fall, which means it's officially baking season. It's totally appropriate to bake cookies everyday from now until New Years. I love when my paycheck goes directly to Target…

Whole Food's hot buffet. This is sort of an everyday favorite, but I really do love the hot food at Whole Foods. It's yummy, and for the most part, good for you. Since we're getting close to Turkey day, they now have the turkey, stuffing, green bean casserole foods out. No worries, I tried a little of everything so I could report truthfully. It's all awesome…
