From NYC To The Beach With A Workout Or Three In Between

Disclaimer: This is the post that never ends.

So sorry for the MIA status the past few days, but I'm back! I hope everyone had an amazing weekend full of great sweat sessions and even greater food. Please brace yourself for a zillion pics (24?). If you don't feel like scrolling for an hour, come back tomorrow for a more normal post :)

Stella and I have been living up life in our comfy little studio apartment - aka, my brother's bedroom.

She's been making lots of new friends…

I went to work in my NYC office Thursday and Friday and caught up with my fellow worker bees. I'm not going to lie, but I'm not looking forward to this commute again…

My normal in the office work breakfast. My Starbucks Barista still remembers my order…

I found a new Quest bar flavor - Cookies N Cream - and Elle Magazine without having to wait till November…

Ebola came to visit just as I arrived. That was a fun surprise…

I grabbed subway for lunch one day because you can't get that anywhere else (nice choice, Kate)…

I had an ah-MAZ-ing sushi dinner Thursday night! Momoya in Chelsea. Don't walk - run and eat there now!

Yes, I ate a crab…

Back to riding the 1 train. Fun fact: Ebola guy rode on the 1 train…

The weather was perfect. NYC nights are the best…

My first workout post race was on Friday. I ran/stopped for lights/snapped pics/answered my mom's call for 2 miles around the upper west side…

#SeenOnMyRun: Museum of Natural History

I then went to a Soul Cycle class - one of my favorite workouts when I'm in the city…

Party time…

I woke up Saturday morning at the Jersey Shore again. Home…

No filter - just beautiful morning perfection

I went for a Saturday morning 30 minute run along the beach…

I drank a lot of Dunkin…

Lunch with the girls Saturday…

And then Brunch with the girls Sunday…

A later afternoon run on Sunday would not have been the same without catching the bridge 1 mile in…

4 Miles done and ready to rest the legs again…

Have a great start to your week, everyone!

Best thing you did this weekend? Too many to list.

Best thing you ate? That omelet.
