Lonely Treadmills & Fall Leaves

Hey friends! Hope you all are having a great week. I went to the gym bright and early this morning for a training session, and I hung out with all my friends on the treadmill. Cue "One Is The Loneliest Number"...


I didn't plan on running today, but I had about 11 minutes before training and decided to run 1 mile as a warm up. After my strength training session, I finished my workout with 23 minutes on the Elliptical before heading off to work. Kate Hudson's abs motivated me to finish strong…


This Quest Bar was exactly what I needed to power through the afternoon…



I went for a walk after work, and it really felt like Fall outside. I can't get enough of the changing and falling of the leaves…
