Getting Back Into An After Work Workout Routine

Happy Hump Day! I'm slowly but surely getting back into a routine over here. Moving has been Stressful with a capital S, but now that I'm all unpacked, things are feeling a tad more like normal.

Let's start off Wednesday with the thing I'm looking forward to more than Santa coming. Meryl as the Witch in Into The Woods. I almost can't focus on anything else...


I rejoined my old gym, and I couldn't be happier about it. It's close by and really really nice. And for the price tag, it better be. They installed all new equipment in the last year and a half so I spent my quick 20 minutes on the treadmill touching buttons. Everyone needs to do a quick wiki search while on the treadmill, right? :) 


After the treadmill, I did 15 minutes on the StairMaster and got back to work...


Post workout eats...


I spent the rest of the day working from my apartment, and then I prepped for the office while watching Elf. I've already seen this movie 4 times this season. It's December 3rd...


I'll be heading to the gym today after work, so I packed up the old gym bag. Working out after work is never easy, so do what you can to get the workout in. For me, that means having my gear in my car.
